These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of products and services offered by Galaxy Mods (“we,” “us,” or “our”) through our Patreon shop and related channels. By purchasing or using any Galaxy Mods product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Products and Services
Galaxy Mods provides digital software tools intended for personal entertainment and educational use. All products are delivered digitally. Features, availability, and compatibility may change over time as games receive updates.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to purchase or use our products. By completing a purchase, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
3. Purchases and Payment
All purchases are processed through Patreon. Accepted payment methods are those supported by Patreon (including credit/debit cards and PayPal). Prices are listed in USD and are subject to change without prior notice. You are responsible for any applicable taxes.
4. Delivery
Upon successful payment, digital files are delivered instantly through Patreon. It is your responsibility to download and securely store the files. We are not responsible for loss of access due to failure to download or save the product after purchase.
5. Lifetime Access
Unless otherwise stated, purchases grant lifetime access to the specific product version available at the time of purchase. This does not guarantee continued functionality after major game updates, nor does it include free upgrades to future versions unless explicitly offered.
