1. General Policy Due to the digital nature of our products and immediate delivery upon purchase, most sales are final except where required by applicable law or as otherwise approved by support.

2. Customer Support and Requests Customer support is available through our Discord server at discord.gg/aquaservices. You may also use the Discord server to request a review of your situation.

3. Non-Refundable Scenarios Refunds are not guaranteed and will not be issued in the following cases:

• The customer did not follow the proper troubleshooting steps provided by support.
• The customer received a game ban or account penalty while using one of our products.

4. Case-by-Case Review All other refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
